• From you (our client): name, business name, email, phone number, billing details, and account credentials.
• On your behalf (your customers' data): when you use our platform, we process the contact details, messages, bookings, and activity of your end-customers. For this data you are the data controller and AuxLeads acts as your data processor.
• Automatically: usage data, device and browser information, cookies, and analytics.
• From integrations you connect: WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Google, email, and payment providers — used only to deliver the services you request.

3. How we use information

To set up and run your account, provide and improve our services, process payments, send service-related updates, provide support, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Sharing

We share data only with: (a) infrastructure and software providers that power our platform; (b) payment processors; (c) integration partners you choose to connect (Meta/WhatsApp, Google, and others); and (d) authorities where required by law. All such sharing is subject to appropriate safeguards.

5. Data storage & security

Your data is stored with trusted third-party cloud providers, which may store data in India or other countries. We use industry-standard encryption and access controls. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

6. Retention

We keep data only as long as your account is active or as needed for legal and operational reasons. After account closure we delete or anonymize your data within 90 days, except where law requires longer retention.

7. Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data, and may withdraw consent at any time, by emailing hello@auxleads.com. We aim to respond within 30 days. You may also nominate another person to exercise your rights in case of incapacity or death, as provided under the Act.

8. Your customers' data

If you upload or collect your customers' data through AuxLeads, you confirm that you have the right and the necessary consent to do so, and that you are responsible for your own privacy and consent obligations toward those individuals.

9. Cookies

We use cookies for functionality and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date will change accordingly. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated policy.
