1. Agreement
By accessing or using AuxLeads, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. The service
AuxLeads provides a done-for-you business growth system that may include website and funnel building, a unified inbox, CRM, automations, online bookings, reputation/review management, payments, and messaging integrations. Features may be added, changed, or removed over time.
3. Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and remain responsible for all activity under your account. You confirm you are authorized to act on behalf of the business you register.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use AuxLeads to:
- send spam or unsolicited messages, or message people without valid consent;
- violate the policies of WhatsApp, Meta, Google, email providers, or any other platform;
- send unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, misleading, or infringing content;
- breach any applicable law or the rights of others.
You are solely responsible for the messages and content you send through AuxLeads and for obtaining the necessary consent from your recipients.
5. Fees & payment
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance, in Indian Rupees (INR), and are exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST). Failed or late payments may result in suspension of services. We may change prices with 30 days' notice.
6. Founding-client offer
Free or discounted founding-client setups are offered at our sole discretion, may be limited in number, and may require an honest testimonial or review as described in the offer. We may modify or withdraw the offer at any time.
7. Third-party services
Our platform relies on third-party providers and integrations. We are not responsible for their availability, performance, changes, or policies.
8. Intellectual property
We retain all rights to the AuxLeads platform and brand. You retain rights to your own content and data.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee specific results, lead volume, revenue, or uninterrupted availability. Any figures shown on our website or materials are illustrative estimates, not guarantees.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AuxLeads's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
11. Termination
You may cancel at any time in accordance with our Refund Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad.
